Booking, Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy To ensure smooth scheduling and fairness, please note the following: Booking All sessions must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling You may reschedule a session 24 hours or more before your scheduled time. Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours cannot be accommodated. Cancellation & Refunds 100% refund if client informs the Therapist/Coach/Team of Orange Owl 24+ hours prior to the session. No refund on short notice i.e 24 hours of the scheduled session. Need Help?
